Website was easy to navigate, product descriptions were accurate and prices were the cheapest I could find even after adding the ground shipping. The Kuri Tech hose was exactly what I was looking for. It was adequately packed and arrived undamaged. My only “con” was the website didn’t list this item as ‘not in stock’ so after order confirmation, I got an email stating it would take 7-10 days to be shipped. I had to re-schedule a job about a week until the hoses arrived. Customer was understanding and the item cost was worth the wait, just would have liked to known before placing the order. Seller was very good at email communication and will order from them again.

Ordered a hose crimper and all 20 die sets. There was a little delay but I called and they answered fast and explained what was going on. It was thanksgiving week so I expected a delay. Well packaged and everything looks great. I will be ordering more supplies for my business from them.
