Shipping policy
LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
All items purchased from Murdock Industrial Incorporated and its website HoseWarehouse.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Murdock Industrial Incorporated is not responsible or liable for any damage or loss arising from shipment.
Optional Shipping Insurance Considerations*:
- On www.HoseWarehouse.com, “Shipping Insurance” will be available to purchase at checkout for an additional fee. Our “Shipping Insurance” will guarantee your order will get to you, regardless of being lost in transit, stolen, or damaged in transit. If any of these occur and you purchased our optional “Shipping Insurance,” please reach out to us at support@murdockindustrial.com, and we will set up a replacement for you!
- Orders that receive free freight or are shipped collect on the buyer’s account are still subject to the policies in this document and will need to purchase our optional “Shipping Insurance” to be protected in cases of lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
- If “Shipping Insurance” is purchased and a claim is made for a lost shipment but the order was received by a staff member at the buyer’s facility, the claim will not be approved, as the buyer did receive the shipment.
- If “Shipping Insurance” is purchased and a claim is made for a lost, stolen, or damaged shipment, no refund will be given. We will only ship replacements for the lost, stolen, or damaged items.
- If “Shipping Insurance” is purchased and a claim is made for a lost or stolen shipment, a 48-hour wait period will be enforced before processing, as orders often show up during this time. Please allow for additional delays in cases of natural disasters or “Acts of God.”
- If “Shipping Insurance” is purchased and a claim is made for a stolen shipment, the buyer must supply proof that they have filed a police report for the claim to be approved.
- If “Shipping Insurance” is purchased and a claim is made for damage to materials during shipping, the buyer will be required to supply pictures of the damaged materials/packaging and may be required to return the materials to Murdock Industrial Inc. at the seller’s expense. If these steps are followed and the claim is approved, Murdock Industrial Inc. will replace the damaged materials.

SHIPPING TIMES
Materials in stock will be shipped by the method chosen on the next business day. If materials are not in stock, you will be contacted with estimated lead times, which depend on the manufacturer’s capability and can change at any time with or without notice to the buyer. FREE FREIGHT PROGRAM
Free freight is available for orders shipping in the contiguous USA where the order value exceeds $5000.00. Some exceptions apply, and this policy is held at the discretion of Murdock Industrial (DBA HoseWarehouse.com).
PARTIAL FULFILLMENT/SHIPMENT OF ORDERS
Orders will be shipped in full unless partial fulfillment is requested by the customer. If partial fulfillment is requested, the customer is responsible for any additional costs that occur and will be billed accordingly.
