What are your operating hours?

Our standard hours are 8 am - 5 pm EST, Monday through Friday.

How do I call Hose Warehouse?

The best way to communicate with us during business hours is through the chat window found in the bottom right corner of our site. Chats allow us to offer you much more utility; we can send you product page links, share a catalog, or convert our conversation into a ticket for ongoing communication. Product FAQ

Can I get a discount on my purchase?

Our listed prices are our lowest possible price with current costing but when volumes/value are high enough sometimes we can pass on a discount from the manufacturer.

Some products have predefined quantity discounts that will apply automatically, those pages have a table near the price describing the discount tiers.

If you feel your purchase quantity of a particular product is very large and want us to investigate with the manufacturer please feel free to Contact Us.

What if my item is out of stock?

All customers get an email regarding the shipping time frame of their purchase, usually within the business day. If your item is in stock we will ship within 1 business day, otherwise, the email will contain a lead time. If you do not receive this email, we recommend checking your email's spam folder. If you have any questions at that point please do not hesitate to Contact Us or chat below!

Why is there a minimum order quantity for some products?

Manufacturers often put package quantities in place to minimize the orders they receive. With most of these parts, we purchase the packs ourselves and sell individual units but on items that we do not sell regularly, this is impossible so we pass the package quantity requirement on to potential buyers.

What is the Country of Origin?

This is based on the particular product you are looking at. Please ask us about your specific product via the Chat Form at the bottom of your page or Contact Us.

How do I get a copy of my Invoice?

You should have received an invoice for your entire order when it was placed. If you can not find this, we recommend, first, checking your email's spam folder, if you still do not see an email from us or if the invoice is inadequate for your situation contact us via the Chat Form at the bottom of your page or Contact Us if you are still having problems.

What if I need to cancel my order?

It is possible to cancel your order, but you may be charged a restocking fee. For more information please read our Returns and Refunds Policy.

When will my order ship?

If your item is in stock we will ship within 1 business day, otherwise, within 1 business day, you will receive an email that will contain a lead time. What forms of payment do you accept?

What are your returns and restock policy?
Can I apply for Credit?

We reserve credit approval for companies that wish to establish credit terms for continued business. One time purchases should be made on a credit card or procurement card. It takes about a week to get approval and is dependent on the turn around time of the companies you use as reference.

To keep costs and losses down, we only approve companies whose credit history is clear of any issues. Our terms are strict and failure to pay within agreed terms will close your account to future purchase by open credit.

Shipping FAQ

Can I get free shipping?

Shipping will calculate as free instantly if your order value exceeds $5000.

How can I get my tracking info?

When your product ships you should receive an email containing tracking information. If you can not find this, we recommend, first, checking your email's spam folder, if you still do not see an email from us, it is possible your product has not shipped yet. Send your request via the Chat Form at the bottom of your page or Contact Us if you are still having problems.

Can you ship partial orders?

Yes, just specify this requirement in the notes on your order!
