How to Use

Identify the Shape

Select the card that matches the shape of the fitting or adapter you need to identify. For fittings with angled surfaces, use the angle guides on the angle and thread gauge tool to determine the correct angle.

Measure the Size

After choosing the card that resembles the part, find the closest diameter by inserting your fitting or port into each hole until you find the perfect match.

Determine the Thread

Once you've identified the correct outside diameter, if the part is threaded, use the angle and thread gauge tool to accurately measure the thread size.
